Ambos electrodom\u00e9sticos tienen un color, normalmente oscuro, con c\u00edrculos dibujados en su superficie y unos controles t\u00e1ctiles en la parte inferior. En concreto, su funcionamiento es el siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Placa de inducci\u00f3n:<\/strong> A trav\u00e9s de unos imanes o inductores, se genera un campo magn\u00e9tico con ayuda del recipiente, para calentar el alimento en su interior. Con este sistema, se evita considerablemente la dispersi\u00f3n de calor, provocando que toda la energ\u00eda se lance a la comida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vitrocer\u00e1mica:<\/strong> Lleva la electricidad a unas resistencias ubicadas debajo de cada \u00abzona de cocci\u00f3n\u00bb. Estas resistencias se calientan y emiten calor al exterior. De esta forma, pierden un poco de potencia en el camino hacia el recipiente y la temperatura tarda en desaparecer, tal y como ya hemos visto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"362\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mielectro.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Induccion-o-vitroceramica.jpg\" alt=\"inducci\u00f3n o vitrocer\u00e1mica\" class=\"wp-image-10387\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mielectro.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Induccion-o-vitroceramica.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.mielectro.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Induccion-o-vitroceramica-300x106.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mielectro.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Induccion-o-vitroceramica-768x272.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.mielectro.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Induccion-o-vitroceramica-150x53.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.mielectro.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Induccion-o-vitroceramica-696x246.jpg 696w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Como puedes comprobar, la inducci\u00f3n genera un calor m\u00e1s homog\u00e9neo, dando como resultado un mayor ahorro energ\u00e9tico de forma indirecta. Sin embargo, eso no es todo, ya que seg\u00fan el Instituto para la Diversificaci\u00f3n y Ahorro de la Energ\u00eda (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.idae.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IDAE<\/a>), los consumos de la inducci\u00f3n y vitrocer\u00e1mica son, aproximadamente los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vitrocer\u00e1mica:<\/strong> El gasto energ\u00e9tico se ubica entre 1200 y 2500 W\/h de media.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inducci\u00f3n:<\/strong> El consumo se encuentra, de media, entre los 1500 y 2000 W\/h.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto, depende del modelo podr\u00edamos ver una vitrocer\u00e1mica con un menor gasto que la inducci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFQue_es_mejor_vitroceramica_o_induccion\"><\/span><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es mejor vitrocer\u00e1mica o inducci\u00f3n?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si solo hablamos de consumo energ\u00e9tico, la placa de inducci\u00f3n, a la larga, acabar\u00e1 saliendo m\u00e1s rentable que la vitrocer\u00e1mica. Sin embargo, es importante que recordemos todos los detalles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, la vitro tiene un precio m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mico.
